LATIFTOURS.COM NOTICES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) describe our obligations towards you when you purchase travel-related services through LATIFTOURS.COM, as well as your obligations as a customer.
Thus, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “ours” all refer to LATIFTOURS.COM. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting our website and enquiring about a service we offer, or making a purchase or booking.
LATIFTOURS.COM can act as an intermediary or a DISTRIBUTION AGENT for some products and services that are not ours. Products such as meals, ground, air, and water transportation, and cruise/hotel accommodations. Therefore, LATIFTOURS.COM shall not be responsible for any wrongdoings, neglects, omissions, or failures originating from suppliers of these products or any other products not offered directly by LATIFTOURS.COM.
Without limitation, LATIFTOURS.COM does not endorse any liability for loss or damage to a property as well as any injury or death caused by natural causes (fire, storms, floods, etc.), governmental or societal actions (war, invasion, civil unrest, labor strikes), infrastructure failures (transportation, energy), epidemics, pandemics, and quarantines.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the unique and entire contract between the Customer/Traveler and LATIFTOURS.COM. Therefore, by confirming your tour, by making the deposit or the total payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted all terms and conditions of your tour booking and agreed to abide by them.
AMENDMENTS BY THE CLIENT
If you have any request for amendment, you should address it to LATIFTOURS.COM at most 24 hours before your arrival. It would be enough time for the customer care team to handle it.
LATIFTOURS.COM does not charge any fee for amendment requests received at most one week prior to the travel date.
However, if you send an amendment request between a week and 24 hours before your confirmed travel date, LATIFTOURS.COM may ask for an additional fee. Bear in mind that such requests are often subject to availability and acceptance from a third party. Therefore, its fulfillment isn’t always guaranteed.
To secure your booking, LATIFTOURS.COM may ask for a deposit according to the service demanded.
Packages with accommodation are based by default on two persons sharing a double room. Accordingly, for Single Occupancy Rooms, a single supplement applies.
The Hotels appearing in the itineraries are for informational purposes only. Consequently, the accommodation booked for our customers may be different but of the same quality or superior.
For any special inquiries and/or preferences, you can indicate them to your Travel Consultant in charge at the time of booking. We will do our utmost to satisfy such a special request. Nevertheless, LATIFTOURS.COM doesn’t guarantee the satisfaction of any special request not being part of the contract, and cannot be responsible if the request is not fulfilled.
Tipping is a voluntary act on the part of the customer. In fact, it is the means by which to acknowledge good service.
Please keep in mind that those who provide service are often dependent on tip income. Generally, they are grateful for any tips received, especially when prompt and exceptional service has been provided.
